Beck/Overstreet Planned Development
Client:  Phoenicia Development, LLC
              Club Blue Sky, LLC

Surrounded by existing development, the Beck/Overstreet Property represents a unique opportunity for in-fill in a traditional neighborhood design. Located within the Lakeside Village Specific Area Plan in Orange County, Florida, this 80 acre property fulfills the goals of the County-designed community by providing key connections of adequate public facility roads. The 300-unit residential planned development integrates with the existing, surrounding street grid while providing a variety of housing types and sizes ranging from townhouses to estate homes. The plan also features well designed open space and recreation areas that are an icon to the community.

PDG designed the proposed subdivision and prepared the application and supporting documents for the Planned Development Rezoning. PDG represented the development at public hearings and meetings throughout the entitlement process.
